1. Once you have placed your order for your private-label jewelry cleaner and polishing cloths with your account executive, you can then send your logo
to artwork@thekingswoodcompany.com, in any one of the following formats: .ai, .eps, .jpg, .pdf, or .tiff.
- Please send us your logo in a flat black and white format.
- Provide us with any instructions or additional information that you want included on your private-label product, including layout instructions, phone, website, font preference, etc.
- We can also include additional logos, such as AGS, LJG, NPA, etc., and have many of these on file. Please advise us if you wish to include additional logos.
- Many jewelers are thrilled that we will even customize the directions for you (see graphic on previous page). Please advise us of any preference that you might have.
2. Once we have all of your instructions and your logo, our talented design team will create a proof of your customized product for you to review and approve.
3. This proof will be faxed to you, along with an approval form for you to sign. Please DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING ON THE PROOF, and sign the approval form. If you have any changes, additions or corrections, mark the proof as appropriate and fax it back. We will make the changes and work with you until you are completely satisfied!
4. Once your artwork has been approved, your order will be forwarded to our manufacturing team and scheduled for production. You can typically expect your order to ship within two to three weeks of final approval of your artwork.
