Customizing our private-label jewelry cleaner jars and private-label polishing cloths to reflect your store’s image could not be easier with the help of our terrific and talented artwork department. They work with you every step of the way to create the exact look you want. Whether you have your own logo or need one designed, we make sure you are totally satisfied with the final image. And, there is no initial set-up fee, logo fee or proof fee for your artwork!
Looking for a digital image of your private-label jewelry care products for your website, Facebook or other media purposes? Our artwork department can customize a rendering using your logo, your product and your color options. Ask your sales specialist for more information when you place your next order.
1. After placing your private-label jewelry cleaner and polishing cloth order with your account executive, you can send your logo to email@example.com in any one of the following formats: .ai, .pdf, .eps, .jpg, or .tiff. Please send your logo in a flat black and white format. Please provide us with any special instructions or additional information you would like included on your private-label product, including layout instructions, phone, website, font preference, etc. We are happy to include additional logos, such as those for AGS, LJG, NPA and others, and have many of these on file. Please advise us if you wish to include additional logos. Many jewelers choose to have us customize the cleaning directions for their business (see graphic above). Please advise us if you would like to take advantage of this option.
2. Once we have your logo and all relevant instructions, our talented design team will create a proof of your customized product for your review and approval.
3. We will email you this proof, along with an approval form, for your signature. Please DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING ON THE PROOF and sign the approval form. If you have any changes, additions or corrections, mark the proof as appropriate and fax it back to 614.252.6401. We will make any changes and repeat the proof process until you are completely satisfied.
4. Once your artwork has been approved, your order will be forwarded to our manufacturing team and scheduled for production. You can typically expect your order to ship within four to six weeks of final approval of your artwork. If you require expedited shipping, we can accommodate that request for a $50 fee.
