CUSTOMIZATION

Overview

Customizing our private-label jewelry cleaners and private-label polishing cloths to reflect your store’s image could not be easier with the help of our terrific and talented Design Team. They work with you every step of the way to create the exact look you want. And, there is no initial set-up fee, logo fee or proof fee for your artwork!

Our Design Department will work with you to create artwork that will produce the best results possible. With over 65 years of experience, we have learned what type of artwork results in clear and consistent print.

We recommend using a clean, simple design, as too much information can make the jar look crowded and difficult to read. Additionally, if your logo contains very detailed or small graphic elements, you may see some very slight modifications on your artwork proof; these are done to ensure clear printing.

If you wish to include additional information on your jar, such as a phone number or website, please let us know. We are also happy to include additional logos, such as those for AGS, LJG, NPA and others. We have many of these logos on file, so you need only alert us that you would like them included in the design.

Many jewelers choose to have us customize the cleaning directions using their business name (see graphic below). Please advise us if you would like to take advantage of this option.

Template

We recommend only printing your logo on the polishing cloths. If you would like to include your address, website, phone number, etc., we offer a custom instruction card option that can be designed to include any information you would like. Ask your Account Executive about this option.

 Cloth Template

Our unparalleled customization options allow you to design a product that is unique to your brand, your image, and your store. If you’re looking for a product that is exclusive to your brand, we can design a custom jewelry care system just for you. Select your unique combination of products, and we can combine them for you in sophisticated custom designed packaging.

Artwork Details

Requirements for submitting logo files:
• Email logo files to artwork@thekingswoodcompany.com
• Vector files are preferred: AI, EPS, PDF
• High resolution 300 dpi JPEG and 300 dpi PNG files are also accepted
• Identify any fonts used by your company
• Specify any special instructions

Artwork Templates:
Does your own creative team want to lay out the artwork themselves? We can provide the templates and our guidelines upon request. Ask an Account Executive for more information.

Digital Images:
Looking for a digital image of your private-label jewelry care products for your website, Facebook, Instagram or other media purposes? Our Design Department can customize a rendering using your logo, your product and your color options. Ask your Account Executive for more information when you place your next order.

Artwork Proof Process

1. Design

Your Account Executive will ask for your logo, or your logo can be sent to artwork@thekingswoodcompany.com. Visit Artwork Requirements for more detailed instructions. Once we have your logo and all relevant instructions, our talented design team will create a proof of your customized product for your review and approval. The proof will be black and white, with the black artwork representing what will be screen printed in the ink color you chose.

2. Artwork Proof

We will email you this proof, along with an approval form, for your signature. Please DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING ON THE PROOF, mark the correct approval box, and sign the approval form. If you have any changes, additions or corrections, mark the proof as appropriate and email it to artwork@thekingswoodcompany.com or fax it back to 614.252.6401. We will make any changes and repeat the proof process until you are completely satisfied.

3. Artwork Approval

Once the proof is correct and you are satisfied, please sign the approval form and either fax it to 614.252.6401 or email it to artwork@thekingswoodcompany.com. We require a physically signed approval form for every new artwork to keep on file. Please note that your order will not go into production until we have received your signed artwork approval form.

4. Production

Once your artwork has been approved, your order will be forwarded to our manufacturing team and scheduled for production. You can typically expect your order to ship within eight weeks of final approval of your artwork. If you require expedited shipping, we can accommodate that request for an additional fee.
